“This year we are organising the Goose Liver Festival for the fourth time. Until this year the Festival was held at Orosháza, the capital of goose liver and this is the first time we organise the event at the Buda Castle. The previous Festivals had about 12-15 thousands of visitors, consuming about 1200 kg of goose liver each year. One of the main purposes of the Festival is to offer everyone the opportunity to be a part of this gastronomic experience once a year, at a reasonable price.”
