The following policy needs to be respected by every guest.

Our hostel is within a residential building with private neighbors. That means this is not a party hostel. Every guest needs to be quiet in the hallway and has to respect our neighbors as well as their fellow guests staying at the hostel.

The hostel is supervised by the receptionists and if someone or a group of guests is not respecting the policy immediate check out will take place. In this case we will not refund any prepaid money.

Any damages caused by any of the guests will need to be paid for. Please treat everything as if it were your own.

Check in policy:

The hostel has 24 hour check in service. Guests can check in if their room or bed is empty and clean. If there is no empty room or bed to check into (for instance in the case of early morning arrival) you may leave your luggage at the hostel and collect them when the room or bed is ready.

Check-out time for in-house guests is 10:00 AM. Private rooms can be occupied after 14:00.

The entire balance needs to be paid upon arrival. We accept only cash either in Euro or Forint (HUF), no credit cards. We require a key/room deposit from every guest. The deposit is EUR 20 for private rooms and EUR 10 for dorms.

Policy while staying at the hostel:

Respect fellow guests, our neighbors and staff and be quiet in the hallway at all times because the neighbors will call the police if there is a noise and they charge the guests with a heavy fine for public nuisance.

The use of your own bed linen or sleeping bag is strictly forbidden. We provide clean bed-linen for every guest.

Our hostel is non-smoking – smoking is only allowed on the balcony that opens from the kitchen.

Guests can use the kitchen, but they need to clean up after themselves. This applies to breakfast time as well.

Keep the rooms tidy at all times and if you leave a big mess upon checking out, a cleaning fee of  EUR10 will be charged.

Breakfast is between 8-10 AM and is only available for guests staying in the dormitories.

We do not allow the drinking of hard alcohol at the hostel. If you would like to get drunk there are loads of places we can recommend.  No alcohol consumption at all after 22:00 within the hostel!

If you wish to extend your stay you can do so if there is availability, but you have to pay for that in advance, too.

No just-in-case bookings!

Cancellation policy: You may cancel your booking and get money back 48 hours before arrival.

Check-out policy:

Check-out time is at 10 AM. By that time you have to empty the locker and leave the bed or private room.

If you check out late and other guests need to wait because of you we will apply a late check-out fee of 1000 HUF/person/hour.

Deposits are refundable if all keys and bed-linen are returned to the reception.

After check-out we can store your luggage for free.
